However, to keep prices affordable and maintain product hygiene, certain conditions apply.


14-Day Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery if the product meets the conditions below.

To initiate a request, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your Order Number + reason.


Eligible Reasons for Return / Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges ONLY if:
1. You received the wrong item
2. You received the wrong size
3. The item arrived damaged or defective
4. You are not satisfied with the quality (Money Back Guarantee)


Return Conditions (Very Important)

To qualify for return/refund:
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
• Product must be in original packaging
• All items must include:
• Invoice
• Tags
• Original packaging (zipper bag / pouch)
• Product must be free from stains, perfume, or washing marks
• Request must be submitted within 14 days

If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected.


Hygiene Policy (Non-Returnable Items)

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
• Pillows
• Mattress Protectors
• Duvet Fillers / Comforter Fillings
• Used or washed bedding items

Please choose these items carefully.


Shipping Responsibility Clarification
• If the return/exchange is due to Cottx’s mistake (wrong item, wrong size sent by us, or damaged/defective product), return & replacement shipping will be completely FREE.
• If the customer wants to return the product for personal reasons (change of mind / not liking the product / customer requested size change):
• Customer will pay return shipping charges
• Original delivery charges are non-refundable
• 10% handling & packaging fee will also apply

This policy helps us keep prices affordable while still offering a fair Money Back Guarantee.


Return Shipping Policy (Loss Protection)
• Customers must ship the parcel back safely using a courier service
• Cottx is not responsible for lost return parcels sent without tracking
• Refund will be processed only after receiving the returned parcel


Refund Policy (Money Back Guarantee)

Once we receive the returned parcel:
1. Our team will inspect the product (1-3 working days)
2. If approved, refund will be issued via:
• Bank transfer
• JazzCash / Easypaisa

Refund processing time: 5-7 working days


Partial Refund Situations

A partial refund may be issued if:
• Packaging is damaged or missing
• Tags are removed
• Minor signs of use are found


Exchange Policy 

We offer FREE replacement shipping if:
• Wrong item delivered
• Damaged/defective item delivered

Exchange processing time: 5-7 working days


Damaged Parcel Policy (Very Important)

If parcel is damaged on arrival:
• Report within 24 hours
• Share parcel + product photos

Claims after 24 hours may not be accepted.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
